1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website at zazsync.com, submitting an automation inquiry, creating an account, or subscribing to any ZazSync service plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform or services.

ZazSync (zazsync.com) is an independent workflow automation software platform owned and operated by Shamsul Hoque as a sole proprietorship (“ZazSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Platform and Services

ZazSync provides an enterprise-grade, no-code workflow automation and system integration platform. Our services include:

• Visual Workflow Builder: Trigger-based workflow creation, action node configuration, and logic flow orchestration.
• App Connectors: Pre-built and custom application integrations connecting third-party services (such as Google Sheets, Slack, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, CRMs, and webhooks).
• Execution & Delay Engine: High-reliability asynchronous task queuing, checkpointed pause-and-resume execution, and data routing.
• White-Glove Integration Setup: Optional done-for-you workflow scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment performed by ZazSync technical specialists.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account or submitting an automation request:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact and organization details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) secrets.
• You agree to immediately notify ZazSync of any unauthorized access, compromised API tokens, or security breach involving your account.
• ZazSync is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized credential use prior to notification.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing (Merchant of Record)

ZazSync offers transparent, tiered subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $5.99/month — Essential automations and core app connectors.
• Growth Plan: $12.99/month — Expanded monthly task quotas and fast queue execution.
• Business Plan: $24.99/month — High-volume task quotas, multi-step branching, and priority execution.
• Scale Plan: $49.99/month — Enterprise task capacity and high-throughput workloads.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales taxes or VAT.

5. Custom Workflow & Done-for-You Setup Services

For users requesting white-glove setup assistance:

• Submitting an automation request is free and creates no purchase obligation.
• ZazSync conducts an initial feasibility review before quoting any separate custom development or configuration fee.
• Custom automations are delivered upon customer review and verification in sandbox or live environments.

6. User Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain 100% ownership of all data, files, customer records, and credentials transmitted through your automated workflows. ZazSync does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

We process workflow payloads strictly to execute the actions and integrations configured by you. Connector credentials and API keys are protected using AES-256 envelope encryption. For full details on our data protection practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ZazSync to:

• Transmit unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or abusive communications.
• Process or disseminate malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious payloads.
• Violate the terms of service, rate limits, or API policies of third-party platforms connected to your workflows.
• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, reverse engineer, or circumvent ZazSync’s tenant isolation or platform security.
• Engage in illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or intellectual property infringement.

8. Third-Party Applications & APIs

ZazSync enables interoperability with third-party products (e.g., Google, Slack, Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, pricing changes, or API deprecations of third-party vendors. If a third-party service revokes API access or changes its integration protocols, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt our connector, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party support.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to deliver high availability and zero-data-loss queue reliability. However, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, or telecommunication failures may occasionally result in brief service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZazSync, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or substitute service procurement costs, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to ZazSync in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. ZazSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or fail to pay subscription dues.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or legal requirements. Material updates will be communicated via notice on our website or by email. Continued use of ZazSync after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
